We keep billing simple and transparent. Your subscription runs on the cycle you choose. We'll never charge you unexpectedly. If you decide to cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.

We aim for maximum uptime, but like any digital service, Ambani may experience occasional interruptions. We'll always work to minimize disruptions and keep you informed during maintenance or updates.

To protect our community, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, DDoS, or attack any of our infrastructure or services
• Sharing, distributing, or publicly leaking our software or internal content
• Impersonating staff or other users for any purpose
• Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices within our community
• Harassment, hate speech, or threats against any community members
• Advertising competing or unrelated products in our channels
• Using our services if associated with anti-cheat development

Ambani provides tools and services as-is. We can't control everything: game updates, detection systems, and third-party changes are beyond our reach.

You can stop using Ambani at any time by not renewing. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. We may also terminate access if these terms are violated.

• Users who violate these terms may have their accounts permanently banned without refund
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion
• Ambani may take legal action if necessary to protect our intellectual property and community

All purchases made through Ambani are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or credits will be issued.

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Dissatisfaction with the product after purchase
• Failure to use or access the purchased product
• In-game bans, suspensions, or penalties from third-party platforms
• Change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase
• Account suspension due to violation of these Terms of Use
• Technical issues on the user's end (hardware/software incompatibility)
• Temporary service downtime or scheduled maintenance periods
• Detection events or product updates that temporarily affect availability

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly is a violation of these terms. It costs us money, wastes everyone's time, and isn't fair to anyone.

If you have concerns about a charge, contact our support team first. We're always happy to review your situation and find a fair resolution before escalating to disputes.

We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to run the service. We won't sell your data to anyone, and we protect your information like it's our own.
